Christmas Cookies with a Campground Flare

Just because winter is upon us doesn’t mean you can’t incorporate your campfire tastes into the holiday season. In fact, this 3 ingredient “cookie” recipe is sure to be a family favorite and will remind you of those late nights around the campfire! All you need is:

Ingredients:
Graham cracker sheets
Large Marshmallows
Hershey’s kisses

Directions:
Use half of a graham cracker sheet and cut a half circle using a 2 in round cookie cutter. Cut the large marshmallows in half. Heat the oven to broil and place the oven rack on the lowest level. Place the graham crackers in the center of a large baking sheet about a 1/2 inch apart. Top each graham cracker with a marshmallow (sticky side down). Watch VERY VERY closely as they will toast quickly. Rotate pan as needed. Once golden brown on top immediately remove from oven and gently press 1 Hershey kiss into the center. If possible serve warm!
(If you like the salty/sweet taste, sprinkle a dash of sea salt over the top!)
