Exploring Indiana: Spring Mill State Park

I’ve said this before but it still rings true, we so often overlook the amazing destinations in our own backyard, so to speak. One of the best examples of that that I have had the pleasure of visiting lately is Spring Mill State Park. The campground has 230 spacious and well maintained sites with a fully stocked camp store. There is also a the Spring Mill Inn that offers affordable and comfortable rooms as well as an indoor/outdoor pool, game room, and restaurant.

In addition to the great facilities there is a lot of things to do as well. The pioneer village is a major attraction and shows visitors how people lived and worked in the early 1800’s. The park also offers daily cave tours as well as boat tours through the caves.
