Maintaining the Roof on Your RV

Sometimes the things we can’t see are the things that end up biting us in the end. This is also true when it comes to your RV roof. Since you so rarely see the roof it is easy to ignore but I’m here to tell you that this could be a costly mistake that is easily avoided.

One of the best ways we have found to help prevent weathering, wear and tear, and chalking is using the Camco RV Pro-Tec Rubber Roof Care System. This is an innovative 2-step roof care system that comes with a gallon of Camco rubber roof cleaner and a gallon of Camco rubber roof protectant. Before you start your camping season (and at the end of the season) we recommend using this product. The rubber roof cleaner helps to remove all debris and gives you a clean slate to then apply the rubber roof protectant. This protectant helps to protect the roof from the damaging effects of the sun, rain, and hot and cold temperatures.
