Top 50 RV Dealer in North America

RVBusiness magazine recently named Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales as a 2014 Top 50 RV Dealer in North America.

Needless to say, it is something we are pretty proud of here at the store.  “Winning this award is not the focus of how we run our business, but it is gratifying to earn the recognition,” said Nathan Hart, General Manager and Partner of Walnut Ridge RV. “Our focus is in doing dozens of little things flawlessly to create a excellent experience for our customers,” Hart continued.

“We put a huge emphasis on educating our customers with free Learning Seminars and Two-Nights Free Camping. We give so much more hands-on training than other dealers offer, and we think that makes a big difference for our customers,” Hart added.

Recreation vehicle manufacturers nominated dealers across the United States and Canada whom they believe best exemplify excellence in their field. Nominees were invited to fill out comprehensive applications based on long-standing guidelines covering all aspects of their businesses, such as customer service and satisfaction, employee training and education, sound planning and property management. An independent panel of veteran industry experts convened for judging at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind., the unofficial “RV Capital of the World,” to select the Top 50.

“Our judges had a difficult task this year in picking just 50 out of all our very qualified applicants, especially considering the significant consolidation the RV industry has experienced over the past five years, as with many commercial sectors, so the pool of proficient candidates

is somewhat smaller than before,” stated Sherman Goldenberg, publisher of RVBusiness magazine and founder of the Top 50 program. “Our 2014 winning dealers are unquestionably the cream of the crop. We couldn’t be prouder of this year’s class.”
