Introducing Full-Time RV Travelers, Amanda and David

We are Amanda and David boles and we have been full-time traveling for 1.5 years. We started in Nashville and have traveled 8,000 miles through 14 states. David works as a lead tankerman on a tug and barge, and his company pays for his travels to and from the boat so as long as we are near a major airport for him to fly out for work, we can be anywhere within the US. We have one long-haired chihuahua who travels with us. We love to hike, love hot springs, and exploring new places and finding the best local food. Rving has changed our lives in many ways, all for good. We have learned what’s most important to us and that is adventuring with each other. We have learned how little we need, and how that has allowed us to live with so much more exploring our beautiful country. Follow us on Instagram @therollinboles

#4 Reason To Buy A Camper: Never Lose Your Luggage

How many times have you had the fear of losing your luggage at the airport? Or how many times have you had your luggage delayed, shipped elsewhere or even worse, lost altogether? When you own your own camper, you won’t have to worry about the stress of losing anything, because all of your items will be nicely stored away and protected. You even have the freedom to pre-pack and load up your luggage months before your trip. Last but not least, you get to save so much money! No need to empty your wallet for paying to store all of your luggage. Now that is what I call a worry-free vacation!

Walnut Ridge Learning Center – LIVE

We had our first ever LIVE Walnut Ridge Learning Center today! Aside from some audio issues…things went great! We have the audio issues figured out for next time.
Lots of great content in here, give it a listen! If you have any questions for the next live event, leave them below.

Top RV Myths – Common myths and misconceptions about RV’ing

Recently Emily from Primeaux RV came up to Indiana to visit Walnut Ridge RV. We took advantage of that time to sit down and discuss some common myths/misconceptions involving RV’ing, Travel Trailers, Towing, and accessories.
Both Emily and Dan have worked in the RV industry for a number of years and run the social media accounts for both dealerships. Watch as these two discuss things they hear on a day-to-day basis and give their takes on them.

Top 5 Must Have RV Accessories

Hey everybody! Dan here again. During our recent trip to Gulf Shores State Park in Gulf Shores Alabama I took some time to talk about what we consider 5 must have RV accessories. RV’s these days come loaded with fantastic features and creature comforts. That being said there are always things you can do to improve your experience.  It may be protecting your unit with a surge protector, or adding a water pressure gauge.

RV Maintenance

Hey everybody! Dan here.  Care and maintenance of your recreational vehicle is an important step in maintaining the safety, dependability, and appearance of your trailer.  Additionally, following the factory recommended maintenance guide also enhances the re-sale value of your RV.

Recently we took our Puma TT to Walnut Ridge for yearly maintenance. Given our relationship with them we were able to grab Mark, one of the service advisors, and go into detail on exactly why maintenance is so important to the health and longevity of your RV/Camper.  Check the video out below, and as always, you can view more of our blogs by clicking the link here!
