Walnut Ridge RV Spin to Win Official Rules

1. Sponsor The sponsor of this promotion is Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales, located at 87 N County Rd 300 W, New Castle, IN 47362 (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period The Walnut Ridge RV August Spin to Win promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

3. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion partners, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter To enter, visit the Walnut Ridge RV Spin to Win page during the Promotion Period, submit a valid email address, agree to these Official Rules, and complete one spin of the digital prize wheel.

Limit one entry and one spin per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, devices, automated systems, or other methods to avoid the entry limit may be disqualified. Marketing email consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

5. Prize Selection and Odds Prize results are generated randomly at the exact time of entry. The on-screen spinning wheel is for entertainment purposes only. The odds of winning any specific prize depend on the total number of eligible entries and the inventory of available prizes remaining at the time of your spin.

6. Prizes Available prizes may include:

  • $10 off eligible Parts Department purchase

  • $20 off eligible Parts Department purchase

  • $30 off eligible Parts Department purchase

  • $40 off eligible Parts Department purchase

  • $50 off eligible Parts Department purchase

  • $500 off eligible Alliance Fifth Wheel purchase

  • Non-winning “Thanks for Entering” result

Prize quantities are limited and may be exhausted before the end of the Promotion Period.

Parts Department discount prizes are valid toward eligible parts or accessory purchases only and may not be applied to tax, labor, service work, shipping, prior purchases, gift cards, or cash equivalents. Required minimum purchase amounts:

  • $10 off: minimum $50 eligible purchase

  • $20 off: minimum $100 eligible purchase

  • $30 off: minimum $150 eligible purchase

  • $40 off: minimum $200 eligible purchase

  • $50 off: minimum $250 eligible purchase

The $500 Alliance Fifth Wheel discount is valid only toward the purchase of an eligible Alliance Fifth Wheel from Walnut Ridge RV. It may not be applied to taxes, title, registration, documentation fees, insurance, finance charges, prior purchases, deposits already made, or cash equivalents. Vehicle availability, eligibility, financing approval, and dealership terms apply.

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

7. Claiming a Prize If a participant receives a prize result that requires a claim, the participant must complete the claim form shown after the spin. The claim form may request name, phone number, preferred location, and other information needed to verify and fulfill the prize.

Prize reservations may expire if not claimed within the time shown on the claim screen. Expired, incomplete, invalid, or unverifiable claims may be forfeited. Sponsor may require proof of identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before fulfilling any prize.

8. General Conditions By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or failed entries or claims, or for technical failures, network issues, browser issues, device issues, or other errors that may affect participation.

9. Taxes Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or using a prize.

10. Privacy Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact participants about claims, and fulfill prizes. Optional marketing consent is separate from promotion entry.

11. Release By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, representatives, vendors, and promotion partners from claims or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

12. Modification or Cancellation Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
